Day 1 weight: 184.8
Last dose weight: 159.2
Today's weight: 157.2
Exactly two pounds under LDW today.
Had a wonderful day. Woke up early, fed everybody, had a veggie omelet and coffee and hit the road with my sis. We hit St. Vincent Depaul's for some shopping fun then visited Dad in the hospital (bypass surg 2 days ago) for a few hours - he is doing great. We snacked on cherries and string cheese, then after we got home I had zucchini lasagna and a great big salad.
When we took the sitter home I had a McD ice cream along with the kids and then some tuna salad and sugar free GFIC mocha for a late snack.
Just over 1600 calories today and I feel pretty good about them!
I feel awesome!
Tomorrow after church we drop off the kids at my sisters then Mike and I are camping two nights at the campground where we met, then spending two nights pampering ourselves at a Sheraton hotel. I can't wait! Then the twins will be a year old!!!!!
How time flies!

Day 1 weight: 184.8
Last dose weight: 159.2
Today's weight: 158.8
Well - that number was a surprise! Yay!!
Today was a really good day. Dad had bypass surgery and is doing GREAT! I had another huge salad at lunchtime and realize that it wasn't so time consuming to do it so I am starting to enjoy making them enough to enjoy eating them!
I had a good run today with speed intervals - :) - that gets interesting! I do a minute each at 8.5, 9.0, 9.5, 10.0, and 10.5 mph. The last one is wild!
I enjoyed eating today, putting away just over 2000 calories. 500 of that was in mixed nuts I had in the car - so I don't feel too bad. I just had dinner - man I have missed cauliflower!! - and I am planning my menu for tomorrow which will include more of the zucchini lasagna from yesterday!
My husband was a real hero to me today. I wanted him to go dress shopping with me (he hates shopping) so that I could get something he liked too. He went, picked out a few things I would have totally overlooked and one of the dresses he chose was amazing! I plan to wear it to a wedding in August, on my cruise in November and out for dinner one day next week while we are vacationing from our children! He was wonderful!
I am totally satisfied - eating wise and am looking forward to a good night's sleep!!!

Day 1 weight: 184.8
Last dose weight: 159.2
Today's weight: 161.4
Technically I am over my LDW by 2.2 lbs and should be having a protein day but its so close I am going to wing it and see what happens tomorrow.
Yesterday's salad went over with me so well that I planned another for today. I thought after 40 days of 500calories that salads would come more naturally to me but there is effort involved just 'planning' a salad. And I DO love them!
I had coffee with my SF creamer and a 2egg omelet with peppers, mushrooms, onions and a little cheese for breakfast before taking the angels to daycare. Stopped at McDonalds - totally craving an ice cream cone (WHAT?!?) but the ice cream machine was broken (divine intervention) so I just got a coffee with cream.
I bought two string cheese and two hard boiled eggs at the hospital cafeteria for a snack but only ate the cheese. Lunch was a huge salad with chicken, cukes, tomatoes, mushrooms, a little cheese and my light parmesan italian dressing. Yum!
Dinner was a new adventure. I made noodle-less lasagna. I replaced the noodles with 1/4 inch slices of zucchini. I baked it yesterday right before going to work so it wasn't ready for my dinner but the family tried it and there was much grumbling - so I didn't hold out much hope it was going to be any good. WRONG! It was deeelish! And only 220 calories for a 200gram serving. I bought some mixed veggies in the cafeteria and succumbed to a small bag of popcorn.
After grocery shopping I had a few strawberries and light whipped cream - yeah - I know - off the list - but I went easy on 'em.
I definitely have my appetite back! While shopping I wanted to eat a whole bag of cheese curds or cheese popcorn (cheese popcorn is a fave of mine - especially the greasy jalapeno cheese popcorn or theater popcorn) - but waited til I got home and had the strawberries and some tea.
I felt good today and am expecting good numbers for tomorrow morning!!

Day 1 weight: 184.8
Last dose weight: 159.2
Today's weight: 160.6
So 7/25 I had a steak day and yesterday I was back to 161.2 – exactly two pounds over LDW – and safe from another protein/steak day.
Yesterday I had a mushroom/pepper/onion omelet for breakfast with 200g of red grapes. My sis worried that the carbs in the grapes would throw me off and I guess I wasn’t sure what would happen either.
I took the kids to Burger King playland for lunch and ate 4 of their $1 side salads with my own dressing. There’s just something about a salad somebody else makes . . . I also had an EAS carb control protein shake – I am trying to keep up the daily protein intake.
I have found myself craving peanut butter – I have some Smuckers Natural Chunky that I grab a spoonful here and there – so you’ll see that scattered around my diary – YUM!
I had a plan for dinner but when I got to work one of the galz had made these awesome Phase 2 cabbage rolls – outstanding – so I ate that instead with some steamed veggies.
7/26 calorie total was 1570 - yikes – that had me worried.
Then the @#$% hit the fan. When I got home from work I discovered that the kids had gotten water all over my electronic scale and it was totally dead. Talk about upset – I just cried and cried. Here it is 4am and I can’t go get another one, and I don’t know what to do in the morning since my diet for the day is dependent on what I weigh. So this morning I had a small omelet with a little cheese and coffee for breakfast then packed up the monsters and hauled them to walmart to get a new scale. I got it home just before lunchtime, stripped down and it said. . . . . 160.6!!! Hopefully it is accurate and that number is safe for tomorrow.
I made a salad at home today with lettuce, cukes, tomatoes, melba coated chicken and some light parmesan Italian dressing – deeeelish!!! I need to eat more salads – I don’t know why that seems to be an obstacle for me (lazy I think).
After a good run on the treadmill I had an apple and cheese stick for a snack and started getting ready for work. I ate a bag of peppered beef jerky (3oz) when I got to work – that’s a good protein snack for me. Tilapia and asparagus for dinner and 30 in the shell peanuts somebody brought into work. Finished off with ½ apple sliced up and nuked with cinnamon.
7/27 calorie total 1564 (and I earned 455 cals from the run!) Protein was up today and carbs were down (a little) so today was a good day. I’m having stomach cramps again though – gas pain I think . . .what is up with that? Right now it’s just annoying versus being unbearable but I just want them to git!

7/25/10 P3D3
Day 1 weight: 184.8
Last dose weight: 159.2
Today's weight: 162.0
So I had my steak day! I ate 500-600g of tenderloin for dinner (1300 calories - yikes) but still didn't feel 'full'.
I did have a bite of scrambled egg and some SF coffee creamer for breakfast, and at lunchtime I had a few corn chips with some homemade fresh salsa (the whole 4cup batch is only 123 calories! - of course I didn't eat the whole thing!) I figured I needed a little sustenance because I did my 5k run today plus a good 45-60 minutes of lawnmowing and yardwork - adding 700 calories to my daily allowance. If I had eaten nothing I would have been pretty wiped for the afternoon.
On steak day we are supposed to drink alot of water, but I am not a big water drinker so I figure the 8 cups or so that I had was alot for me, even if it may not have been for someone else.
It is 10pm. I feel really good, but am worried about what the scale will say in the morning! (bites nails nervously)
I'll let you know tomorrow!

Sorry I have been absent - we were on vacation without internet!!!
Today is Sunday 7/25, my third day of phase 3.
I admit I went a little wild the last few days.
My last dose of HCG was day 38, Tuesday 7/20 - so my "LAST DOSE WEIGHT" was 159.2 - that is the weight I must stay within two pounds of during stabilization and maintenance. I did get down as low as 158.8 on day 39 but have been in the low 161-162 range since - mostly due to misbehavior eating.
Today I weighed 162.0, down from 162.6 yesterday but still 2.8 lbs over LDW so today I am doing a 'steak day' - nothing but tea/water/coffee til dinnertime then as much steak as I like with either a raw tomato or apple. That is supposed to bring me back into LDW range.
I have been feeling pretty good with the exception of Thursday night, the night of day 40 - the night before starting phase 3. Not sure if I had some bad shrimp, bad shrimp sauce (homemade to suit phase 2) or what but I had the worst gas cramps for several hours. I just prayed to burp or pass gas or something!!! Finally I had some diarrhea (sorry if this is TMI - just want to let everyone know my situation) and by morning my discomfort was almost completely gone. I have not had any problems with stomach cramps since. I do tend to blame eating of some kind for the stomach cramps, whether it was bad food or just bad protocol - getting a little wild with the 'new' foods. Either way, I'm glad that's over.
Today is a new week for me. I am about to hit the much-missed treadmill for a 3 mile run!
Take care everyone!!!

Well I got that 0.2 lbs back!!
Today was an awesome day for me. Kids went to daycare and mom had a spa day!!
The best part of my day was even before the spa though. We have a wedding to attend in August and I am thinking about clothes for the cruise I am taking with my sister in November, so I have been trying to get to the Dress Barn in Green Bay on a day that I was by myself and today was the day. So I walk in - see a bunch of cute dresses - and grab on in a 10 thinking it will never fit but whatever. I chose about 6 outfits - all in a 10 and took them to the dressing room. Not only did they all fit - but one or two I could have gone with an 8!!! I started crying right in the dressing room!!! I NEVER thought I would seriously wear an 8 . . .ever.
So the spa was awesome. Foot soak, facial, massage, manicure, shampoo & blodry, and makeup application - 3 hours total. Man that was great! Then I went to the uniform store to see if I could fit into small scrub pants - I can!!! They were a little snug in the hip but felt great everywhere else! If I lose a few more pounds I may switch to small . . .he he . . I said small.
So - because of the plan for the day my eating was a little disjointed. I had 5 tbsp of creamer in several cups of coffee this morning. I ate 250g of strawberries on the way to the spa, then after the spa had 100g chicken in 1/2 can fireroasted tomatoes. I had errands to do and shopping for our vacation which starts tomorrow, pick up the sitter, the kids, get the frozen groceries in, get the babies in, get everybody fed . . . a part we were waiting for on the lawn mower came in so as soon as everybody had dinner I fixed that and tried to get some lawn mowed. Pretty soon it was 9pm!
I forgot my dinner. For crying out loud, I'm only on 500 calories and I didn't even eat those today!!!
I did make a great discovery though! Aveda salon has a wonderful signature tea called the' - or comfort tea. Delicious - I bought a box of teabags. Each one is only 5cals and no sugar - natural sweeteners only!
Vacation tomorrow. I'll catch up on the blogging when I return in a week!!!

7/15/10 HCG day 33, VLCD #31
Day 1 weight: 184.8
Day 33 weight: 162.0
Net loss: 22.8 lbs
Well, I was up again today. Just 0.2 lbs but still up. :(
I had only stevia in my coffee today, no creamer, but decided to have that scrambled egg for breakfast. I rather enjoy that.
I took the kids to the local amusement park today (had an apple on the way) and they always want (and get) some popcorn at the concession. They have the most AWESOME popcorn there. I had planned on having a kernel or two and ended up eating about 2 cups worth. Delish! But still, in my old life, I would have eaten WAY more - so I still think I have gained loads of discipline on this plan.
So because of the egg and the popcorn, I aimed to eat lean the rest of the day. Lunch was shrimp and asparagus. Dinner was melba coated tilapia and lots of cabbage.
Finished off with some strawberries.
I have been really bad at remembering to take my HCG when I am supposed to. Yesterday I totally missed my second dose. Today was better but I think a few days ago I missed both doses. Maybe that is why the weight loss is not fabulous??
We'll see tomorrow.

Yay! Down!
Well, the weight loss seems to be slowing but still moving in the right direction! I have decided to go for 40 days this round, just to see how close I can get to my 'gold medal' of 155. At this point I don't expect to get all the way there, but at least getting to 159 moves me officially out of the 'overweight' range, and I should be able to drop 2.5 lbs in the remaining 8 days I plan to VCLD.
Today I had coffee with stevia and a scrambled egg for breakfast again. Lunch at work was celery soup and melba coated chicken. I snacked on 250g strawberries throughout the day and had taco seasoned lean ground beef over lettuce & spinach for dinner. I went to bed soon after getting home from work so I didn't get that second fruit today.
The only other thing I had was a few breath mints - an impulse item I bought on the way to work.
Lots of great comments from the coworkers!! I'll take that encouragement anytime!!!

Day 1 weight: 184.8
Day 31 weight: 162.8

Well ain't that a shame! Up 0.4 lbs . . .wah.
Since I am writing this at midnight and just weighed myself I know I will have a good number tomorrow so I'm not concerned . . . but the number was enough to get me to eat clean all day, pretty much.
I have really been wanting a run and swore today was the day. I had coffee with stevia, 1 scrambled egg and 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast then got a 2 mile run at 8am. Around 11am or so I was out mowing the ditches and around all the stuff that's hard to get with the rider . . about 45 minutes of good exercisin' yardwork. By 1pm I was sooo ready for lunch. I had melba coated tilapia and cabbage since that is a pretty low cal meal. Still, by 2:30 I was pretty wiped. Increased exercise, the VLCD and a lack of sleep (only 3 1/2 hours last night) combined made me just whipped so I had 1/2 serving of whey protein and 1/2 a pretzel rod and about 1/2 hour later felt tons better.
Dinner was lean too. Shrimp with cucumbers and strawberries. Tonight was Bunco night with the girls. Lots of GREAT comments and inquiries. But also lots of great food and drink. The only thing I had was three pieces of broken up baked corn chip with as much fresh salsa as I could get on them! No guilt really.
MFP estimates I burned 750 calories between the run and the yardwork so I guess I forgive myself for going over 500 today!!

Stall! Not really. No change today but unless it lasts for a few days I’m not gonna get worked up over it. Besides, I am having tenderloin for dinner and that will put me over and I’m still having it!!
A little coffee creamer today . . .if the ‘stall’ lasts, I’ll cut it out. :(
Didn’t eat lunch til 2:30, melba coated baked chicken and ½ can fire roasted tomatoes along with ½ grapefruit.
Dinner is a whole onion sautéed in a little beef broth and 100g of tenderloin.
An apple nuked with cinnamon for a dessert and my calorie ‘overload’ is complete.
Oh – didn’t get my run today. . . hopefully tomorrow.

Amazin! Officially 100 lbs less than when we entered the hospital to deliver the twins August 5, 2009 at 262.5!!!
Today was a pretty good day! I stretched less creamer over several cups of coffee this morning :):). Then switched to tea. I dunno why I am always cold - at home I can drink iced tea all the time but at work I always want something hot! Lunch was 1/2 can fire roasted tomatoes with 112g lean ground beef (thats 1/4 of the pound - makes it easier to divide) and a few red pepper flakes. YUM!
Dinner just before leaving work was 1/2 can of seasoned canned chicken and about 200g of asparagus. More YUM!
I had my orange after I got home and didn't even need the second fruit. I am aching for a run so I am going to try to get in two miles tomorrow if the kids will let me!

Holy cats! Two lbs in a single day! I dunno what I did to deserve that but lets do it again!!!
Today was another early work day so I had my coffee creamer and again chose to forgo my 2nd fruit. An illegal swap, but I did it nonetheless.
Day started great! I had my coffee in the morning and stretched my servings of creamer over several cups. Still wanting something hot to drink and not needing any more caffeine, I switched to tea mid-morning which I also enjoy. I didn’t eat my orange until 11:30 or noon, and saved my lunch of melba coated tilapia for about 2pm. I couldn’t bear to toss out the rest of the veggies from the cookout last weekend so I finished them off as my vegetable. In all they came to 74 calories worth of grilled onion, green pepper, zucchini, mushrooms and grape tomatoes. Oh, yeah, the carrot cake that I made got some very positive comments so I caved and had a teeny sliver . . . I allotted 38 calories for it.
Dinner was really late – like 9pm cuz I got called back in to work. I had my seasoned chicken over a bed of lettuce, and since it was so late I never even missed that 2nd fruit!

Day 27 weight: 165.0

Good loss today but that scale just wouldn’t give me the last 0.2 lbs I needed to make 20!! So be it . . . tomorrow then!
On Fridays I work an early shift so I leave the house before ‘breakfast’ or coffee or anything. It also means more coffee than usual because I don’t have the kids distracting me from every hot cup I try to have at home. I decided early in the day to (illegally and against protocol) trade my second fruit for my beloved SF Vanilla Coffeemate. I carefully measured out each spoonful and after my second cup switched to stevia – which was a sacrifice but one that had to be made. Turned out that I underestimated my creamer serving since I was using a regular spoon instead of a tablespoon. I was putting in two ‘spoonfuls’ and calling it a tablespoon but actually a tablespoon would have been three! So I saved myself a few calories and today – another early workday – I will allow myself three beloved cups before switching to stevia!
So, an orange in mid-morning, my taco lean beef and lettuce at lunchtime, and dinner was 100g chicken coated with seasoned crushed melba and cooked cabbage. After dinner all I had was iced tea with stevia but I did really okay!
There may be something to this ‘drink a lot of fluids’ idea . . . that’s one of those theories that I always ‘talked the talk, but didn’t walk the walk”. . . ya know what I mean!

This is officially the bronze medal!
Another good number! 0.8 lbs down! Maybe there is something to this 'clean eating' and strictly following the diet thing?!?
Today was a pretty good day. Orange for breakfast. Yummy chicken 'taco's on lettuce for lunch. Dinner was my celery 'soup' with 100g chicken. And a strawberry smoothie for dessert.
Had another baking therapy day! I made an apple crisp (that will go to work tomorrow morning). Then while shopping for ingredients for a slow cooker roast the only bag of carrots I could find was this ENORMOUS bag of huge carrots. So I cut up what I wanted for the roast, cooked some more to go with dinner for the family tonight, and then chopped the rest to make two carrot cakes - one for Friday night church and one to take to work for the weekend staff (I work at a hospital - those people KNOW how to eat)!
Feeling fantastic tonight - one of my best days yet! Oh, it doesn't hurt that I was comfortably wearing size 8 jeans all day and in public at the grocery store!!!
Woo hoo!

Finally - a good number! 1.0 lbs down today! I ate clean yesterday for the first time in a few days - you know - little cheats or protocols breaks like mixing veggies or having a chip or two. So yesterday and today I ate clean - no cheating.
I had a great day today. Kids went to daycare and I had the day off. Went fishing with my Dad - very relaxing! Put off eating until late afternoon though. Had an orange around 2:30p, my 'chili' (1/2 can fire roasted tomatoes plus lean ground beef and chili powder) at about 3:30.
Went to a movie with my husband - another excellent time of relaxing! I am a popcorn junkie - it's one of those things that I must be able to have when I return to my 'normal eating' - THEATER popcorn that is - and alot of it although rarely. I had seasoned melba coated tilapia and 220g of asparagus - very tasty and filling. Then had a lemon strawberry smoothie for dessert.
I was a little carb-craving tonight. I made some banana nut bread but didn't have any. Another thing that I must learn to have in moderation.
Overall, a fantastic day!

Small progress today; only 0.2 lbs down. I call it ‘disappointed but not discouraged’!!
No matter how well it started, and how well prepared you think you are for a stall, it is still difficult and a little frustrating though. Fortunately my sis sent me her detailed progress chart from her 45 day phase 2 run, so I refer to that and know that though she had stalls, they were followed by more success!
Orange and coffee for breakfast. Then a lot of chasing/errands with the kids. Had shrimp and cabbage for lunch while preparing more meals for the next week. I cooked up several servings of chicken and tilapia coated with crushed melba and spices – delish! Dinner was a ‘soup’ made with tons of celery and 100g chicken – very satisfying. Also, for the first time I tried a yummy snack of sliced apple with stevia and cinnamon in the microwave – OH MAN – that was totally yummy!
So today I stayed on protocol hard core, NO CHEATS, and was under the 500 mark.

No loss today, but I was up really (REALLY) early with the babies. If I could have gotten that last two hours of sleep, perhaps I would have shown a small loss today. I guess I’ll have to wait til tomorrow!! My daily average has officially now fallen to just under 0.8 lbs/day.
Raining on and off today. Finally decided to get out of the house and take the kids to the zoo. I packed PBJ sandwiches for the hubby and kids with some other snacks and some strawberries for me.
I don’t feel my ‘kebab’ experiment was detrimental to the plan, so I had the same choices for lunch this afternoon. Very yummy.
Dinner was ½ can (I know, more than 100g) of chicken with taco like spices and the super salsa Penny made on lettuce, plus I had 150g of asparagus.
My late night orange put me over 500, but I just love those oranges! My sis found a new book with LOTS of recipes for phase 2 HCG, some of which I definitely intend to try after my next shopping trip! It is called The HCG Dieter Gourmet Cookbook by Tammy Skye. Barnes & Noble has it for about $21-22. She is working on a phase three cookbook as well!!!

Day 22 weight: 167.6

A slightly greater loss today - I am pleased. I am also now only 8 lbs from being officially NOT overweight - BMI under 25. Unbelievable and fantastic!
Since today is the 4th of July, I had a plan to do something just a little different. We had company over for a cookout, so I planned to make kebabs with chicken and vegetables. I know the HCG protocol says not to mix vegetables, but this was sort of an experiment.
I carefully measured out 25grams each of raw mushrooms, green pepper, onion, grape tomatoes and zucchini and grilled them using only a little Pam Organic Olive Oil spray. Besides the fact that they were DELICIOUS , the veggies totaled only 31 calories. I had 75g of grilled chicken - no oil - just a little of the Pam spray.
I did have an apple at breakfast time, and was really hungry at 2pm while preparing for the cookout so I finished off what I had left of cooked cabbage.
Late lunch was the kebabs at which time I also ate one potato chip.
We went to Green Bay for the fireworks after dinnertime and about 8pm I had my lettuce and taco beef mixture, along with one sour cream and onion potato chip and one jalapeno cheeto. Those jalapeno cheetos almost did it though; I could sit and eat a whole bag of those babies!!
Because my calorie total was just over 500, I opted to skip my 2nd fruit, instead having one more bite each of the grilled veggies from earlier in the day when we finally got home after 11pm.
One thing to note - may or may not have to do with the diet or lack of sleep or whatever - but I was just wiped out this afternoon. I certainly don't want to give fuel to those against the HCG diet but feel it is better to be up front about everything.

I can't believe it but as I sit here at 9:45pm I just realized that I never took my HCG today!?!?! What is up with that?
Anyway . . . the last two nights (days 19 and 20) I had a strawberry smoothie with my late fruit, but instead of adding stevia I used xylitol - not realizing that it has calories. So my totals for those days are off by 30-40 calories but I'm not going back to fix it now. I am curious if the xylitol affected the weight loss plan at all so I am cutting it out until after phase 2.
Today I had planned to have tenderloin for one meal, and knowing that it is the highest calorie protein in my arsenal, I tried to be good the rest of the day, but ended up going over anyway.
Breakfast was coffee w/stevia and an orange. Lunch was my 'chili': 112g lean ground beef with 1/2 can fire roasted tomatoes and chili powder.
Dinner was an onion sauteed in broth with the tenderloin. Then I had my strawberries just plain tonight.
A small loss today, but a loss nonetheless. Hoping to have good results over the next few days!

7/02/10 HCG day 20, VLCD #18
Day 1 weight: 184.8
Day 20 weight: 168.6
Net loss: 16.2 lbs
Hi ho!
Well I was up 0.2 lbs today. Somebody suggested I do an 'apple day' but fortunately I am not that reactive to the lack of loss and am willing to see what happens over the course of the next few days. with the understanding that some days will show greater losses than others.
For anyone following the blog on MFP, there are some pretty heated threads regarding HCG diets and some pretty strong opinions on both sides of the discussion. I think it is each individual's responsibility to do a little research about their diet/fitness plan, perhaps take some advice/influence from others, and make responsible choices about their weight and health, and to respect the opinions of those who disagree without being insulting or aggressive.
Anyway . . .
Fridays I work an early shift so I didn't have my 'cheat' coffee creamer anyway. I had black coffee with stevia and a 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast. I did encounter a new problem today though: I drink alot of coffee; I love it. At home I drink 1/2 caffeine coffee but today at work I had like five mugs of the real stuff and boy was I jumpy all morning!!! At lunch I had shrimp with more homemade shrimp sauce and lots of cabbage. To save on calories I had only 1/2 can of fire-roasted tomatoes with my serving of ground beef tonight for a 'chili'. Then saved my strawberries for another yummy smoothie after the kids go to bed and I get some tv time!

7/01/10 HCG day 19, VLCD#17
7/01/10 HCG day 19, VLCD #17
Day 1 weight: 184.8
Day 19 weight: 168.4
Net loss: 16.4 lbs
July first!!! Woo hoo! I am starting to think about and plan for phase 3 - stabilization. I am pleased with my progress so far, and since I have a vacation planned for July 16th, I am considering starting phase 3 then, however, it is a little scary to think about because the meals in this phase are, if nothing else, easy. I am wary of making good decisions once the leash is looser.
I forgot to take my HCG til almost noon and boy was I cranky this morning! Maybe unrelated, maybe not, just sayin'.
Breakfast was my 2 happy cups of coffee with the creamer and an orange. Lunch was 225g of grilled asparagus and 100g of shrimp with some phase 2 legal shrimp sauce a friend of mine made (she is down 5 lbs on day 5).
Dinner was absolutely delicious tonight. Seasoned chicken with a few onions and some phase 2 legal salsa (made by the same friend) on lettuce leaves. Just outstanding!
I am saving my 2nd fruit, strawberries, for a smoothie later tonight.
